LP600 series Optical Parametric Oscillators with high pulse

 The LP600 Series OPO features an optical design based on synchronously rotating BBO crystals and a specialized cavity configuration that enhances amplification of the generated radiation. This approach enables the LP600 series to achieve maximum conversion efficiency—even in models optimized for low beam divergence and narrow linewidth.

Description

Thanks to their high conversion efficiency, all specified parameters of the LP600 Series OPO are achieved at relatively low pump intensities. This ensures long-term, failure-free operation and significantly reduces routine maintenance costs.

The LP600 Series is ideally suited for applications requiring high pulse energy in the VIS and NIR spectral regions. If needed, the spectral range can be easily extended into the UV using the LG350 external Second Harmonic Generator, enabling continuous tunability from 210 to 680 nm.

For added convenience, the LP600 Series OPO can be delivered with LQ Series pump lasers, which are specially optimized for these applications. The pump laser and OPO are rigidly aligned to maintain performance during transport while preserving a modular setup.

On request, the system can be equipped with a compact spectrometer or wavelength meter for real-time wavelength monitoring and easier automation of experiments.

With PC control, a compact footprint, and modular design, the LP600 Series OPO is easily integrated into larger systems—especially where space is limited.

Options & Accessories

Harmonic Generators

To extend the tuning range into the UV spectrum, the LP603 and LP604 OPOs can be equipped with the LG350 external Second Harmonic Generator.

When paired with the LP603, the system allows UV wavelength tuning from 210 nm to 420 nm.

With the LP604, the tuning range covers 340 nm to 680 nm.

PC Control

For integration into automated systems, the OPO can be optionally fitted with PC-controlled stepping motors. This configuration includes a dedicated controller and user-friendly software for full remote operation.
