The LX329 Series lasers reflect over 25 years of expertise in designing solid-state tunable laser systems. These compact Ti:Sapphire lasers offer an exceptional combination of wide tuning range, narrow output linewidth, high pulse energy, and excellent beam quality—without compromise.
The optical design of the LX329 laser ensures efficient tunable output while minimizing radiation load on optical components and active rods. This results in enhanced reliability and long-term, failure-free operation.
A narrow-linewidth master oscillator, optionally paired with a multi-pass amplifier, delivers high-quality radiation with a Gaussian beam profile and low divergence—ideal for efficient UV conversion and other nonlinear optical processes.
The built-in Second Harmonic Generator (SHG) enables quick switching between IR and VIS tuning ranges. Users can choose between combining all harmonics into a single beam or separating them into individual output channels. For tunable UV output (210–320 nm), optional THG or FHG modules can be added.
For optimal performance, the LX329 can be supplied with LQ series pump lasers, specifically tailored to match its operational requirements.
Harmonic Generators
In its standard configuration, the LX329 is equipped with an integrated Second Harmonic Generator (SHG). Upon request, it can be supplemented with the LG312 external modules for Third (THG) and/or Fourth (FHG) Harmonic Generation.
Fabry–Perot Interferometer
For applications requiring an output linewidth below 5 pm, the LX329 can be optionally equipped with an intracavity Fabry–Perot interferometer.
PC Control
To enable integration into automated systems, the LX329 can be fitted with PC-controlled stepping motors. This option includes a dedicated controller and control software for seamless system integration.
