Description

Monochromator M266

The M266 is a high-aperture, general-purpose monochromator offering outstanding line quality and minimal stray light, making it suitable for a broad range of spectroscopic applications. With a focal length of 284 mm and a 30×10 mm flat field, it delivers precise spectral performance.

Its fast optical system (F/3.8), low stray light, and excellent imaging quality ensure reliable results in demanding analytical tasks. The instrument features two output ports, allowing flexible configuration—such as two exit slits, an exit slit and a detector, or dual detectors for simultaneous use.

The M266i imaging version includes astigmatism compensation for both output ports, enabling effective use with matrix detectors in multi-channel spectroscopy applications. It supports both binning and full 2D imaging modes.

The M266 is fully automated. Wavelength scanning, grating and filter changes, slit width adjustments, and output port selection are all controlled via intuitive software. An integrated automatic shutter enables dark-current subtraction and protects detectors from overexposure.

The Wavelight software suite offers full instrument control and detector integration. It supports panoramic spectral stitching by combining scans from multiple diffraction gratings and includes extensive tools for spectral processing and analysis.

SDKs and DLLs are available for integration with custom software environments or LabVIEW control.
