The SDH family of spectrometers may be supplied in two versions: the SDH-I model, incorporating one fixed diffraction grating; the SDH-IV model with a four-position turret of diffraction gratings (manual switching)
The standard delivery set of the SDH spectrometer includes:
This comprehensive configuration allows you to select the most suitable method for delivering analyzed radiation to the spectrometer.
Ease of Use and Reliability
The SDH spectrometers are user-friendly and robust. They are factory-calibrated, contain no moving parts, and feature a rigid, thermally stable design.
Custom Configuration
The spectral range and resolution—determined by the density of the diffraction grating—are selected at the time of ordering. Average values for grating dispersion, spectral resolution, and CCD detector passband are provided in the specifications. For detailed parameter calculations tailored to your needs, it is recommended to consult a SOLAR LS specialist.
Triggering Capabilities
The SDH can be triggered by an external light source using standard TTL signals via the BNC-58 connector, and it can also output TTL trigger pulses for synchronization with other equipment.
Optical Fiber Options
The SDH can be equipped with VUV or FWF optical fibers of various lengths to suit different applications.
Optional Accessories for Enhanced Light Collection
The SDH supports a wide range of accessories for efficient light capture from both near and far sample positions:
Upon request, the S100 spectrometer can be equipped with a high-order separating compound filter for effective operation with broadband spectra.
The S100 can also be supplied with VUV or FWF optical fibers of various lengths.
A broad selection of accessories ensures efficient light collection from samples located both at finite distances and at infinity:
