The WN300 series consists of widely used compact lamp-pumped Nd:YAG lasers that provide a flawless balance of key parameters: high output power, superior beam quality, and compact dimensions of the laser head and power supply.
All lasers in the WN300 series are built on a ring cavity design and feature a pump chamber with a diffuse ceramic reflector. This technical approach allows the WN300 lasers, unlike those with traditional linear cavities, to deliver a homogeneous, nearly flat-top laser beam profile, while maintaining exceptional stability in output energy and spatial radiation parameters. The beam pointing stability of the WN300 is superior, with less than 20 µrad in the vertical plane and 80 µrad in the horizontal plane.
All critical components of the laser are thermally stabilized, and combined with the vibration-resistant design, this ensures outstanding long-term stability of the output radiation. The efficient thermostats used in the WN300 ensure a warm-up time of under 10 minutes.
To minimize maintenance time, the WN300 features a flash lamp with a lifespan of over 30 million pulses and is designed for easy and quick replacement without requiring access to the laser head optical cavity.
A closed-loop water-to-air cooling system is integrated into a compact, single-phase laser power supply, which can be controlled both via PC and a remote control unit.
HARMONIC GENERATORS
The WN300 laser comes with built-in SHG, THG, and FHG in its standard configuration. However, upon request, these harmonic generators can be supplied as external, stand-alone modules. FiHG is available only as an external unit.
OPO
Upon request, the WN300 laser can be upgraded with an optical parametric oscillator from the LP600 series. This combination provides a source of continuously tunable laser radiation across a broad spectral range, from UV to IR.
ATTENUATOR
The laser can be equipped with a PC-controlled attenuator. You can choose between a unit optimized for operation at a single wavelength or an achromatic attenuator designed to simultaneously attenuate all laser harmonics from 266 nm to 1064 nm.
