WS300 Compact Spectrometer for Laser WL Measurement

The WS300 spectrometer is engineered for analyzing spectra of CW and pulsed laser light sources. Its relatively low aperture ratio combined with high spectral resolution makes it ideal for precise wavelength measurements of lasers, diodes, and other high-power optical emitters.

The WS300 spectrometer is a reliable, compact instrument specifically designed for analyzing spectra of CW and pulsed laser light sources, offering high spectral resolution and robust performance for demanding optical measurements.

  • Customizable Spectral Range and Resolution
    The grating parameters—including spectral range, resolution, and lines density—are selected when placing your order. Average values for grating dispersion, spectral resolution, and detector bandpass are detailed in the specifications. For precise parameter calculations, it's recommended to consult a SOLAR LS specialist.
  • Detector Options
    The WS300 can be configured with one of three non-cooled linear CCD sensors. Among them, the TCD1304 is the most popular, offering high sensitivity and narrow pixels, which ensures excellent spectral resolution even without cooling.
