 The WS600-IR spectrometer is an ideal tool for measuring the absolute wavelength value of pulse and CW lasers, as well as diodes, in the spectral range from 600nm to 1800nm with an accuracy of better than ± 15pm. It also allows for detecting the FWHM of the analyzed line.
